Fort Loramie Chamber of Commerce Minutes
December 1, 2021
President Nate Barhorst called the December 1, 2021 meeting to order at 2:00 pm at Village of Fort Loramie Office. Members present were: Nate Barhorst, Tony Schmitmeyer, Rob Huddleston, Jason Meinerding, Ryan Homan & Teresa Puthoff & Susie Singer virtually.
The minutes from the November 3rd meeting will be given out at the next meeting.

Old Business
· Website Upgrade
o Many people are visiting the site
o The launch promoted many people to send in new logos
o Moving forward with putting a beautification to be a link from the site
· Chamber Brochure
o Theresa Hoying needs a PO or invoice sent to get us on the books
o Looking at a trifold front and back with a map on one side
· Membership Drive
o We have 94 members
o 73 businesses renewed for 77%
· Holiday Party
o Going to have the event December 8th at the Legion 6:30-10 pm
o Sending out invitations and reminders on Friday and then Tuesday
o Food
§ Wagners-Meatballs, roll ups, large and small meat and cheese trays, cookies, small vege tray
§ Bruckens wings with all sauces
o Presentation
§ Having a power point to go over a recap of what we did
§ Beautification
· Have 5 recipients
New Business
· SOCA New membership Agreement/Benefits
o Select particular benefits we have
o Cost is $250 to be in it
· 2022 Planning
o Events/Tentative
· February 23rd SOCA event
· Night at the Gazebo June 10
· Summer Gazebo August 21
The meeting was adjourned by Ryan Homan and Tony Meinerding. The date and location of the next meeting is to be determined.
