Fort Loramie Chamber of Commerce Minutes
January 21, 2022
President Nate Barhorst called the January 21, 2022 meeting to order at 2:00 pm at Bruckens Back Room. Members present were: Nate Barhorst, Courtney Prueter, Tony Schmitmeyer, Jason Meinerding, Ryan Homan Zach Sommer & Susie Singer.
The minutes from the November 3rd meeting and the December 1st meeting were approved by Jason Meinerding and second by Courtney Prueter.

Old Business
· Website Upgrade
o Looking at getting a Stripe integration to be able to take membership dues
o If any business wants to add to their business profile will need to get a hold of Ryan
· Membership Drive
o We have 94 members
o 76 businesses renewed for 80%
o Second request is going out soon
New Business
· Board of Directors
o 6 members are on a 1 year term which ends October 2022
o 3 members are on a 2 year term
§ Talked about maybe getting some members to stagger the time
§ Even if current board members would do a staggered term
· 2022 Planning
o Events/Tentative
· February 24th SOCA event at 1:00 pm at the Wooden Shoe
o 4 Benefits that are going to be gone over
o An Invite will be sent out to attend
· Maybe an event in March that would include Social Media presentation and headshot pictures
o Headshots cost for businesses would be taken care of by Chamber
o Cost 195/hr
· Night at the Gazebo June 10
· Summer Gazebo August 21
· 2022 Initiatives
o What events are we wanting to do
o Do we want to change email platform, Mail or any policies
o Benefits is priority of the events this year
The meeting was adjourned by Jason Meinerding and second by Zach Sommer. The date and location of the next meeting is to be determined.
